Surya Namaskar - Easy Way

yoga is a really important part of life, it is more effective than any other exercise, as we all know that there are two sides in our body :- SURYA SIDE AND CHANDRA SIDE ( right ya left side wo aap log khud dekh lo) both are very important and can't be compared with each other. Surya Namaskar is one of the most important aasan.there are different types surya namaskar (aasas same he hote he par different sequence se hote hai) and mine is a really easy one๐Ÿ˜Šthere are 12 aasans and we usually do surya namaskar 6 times and the rest  you can get to know in my video.
